What to expect from your installation

Before we recommend any equipment, we assess your home: square footage, ceiling heights, insulation levels, window area and how your existing ductwork (if any) is configured. This lets us specify the correct system capacity — a common mistake by less careful contractors is oversizing, which causes short-cycling, excess humidity and premature equipment failure.

On installation day, we protect your floors, keep work areas tidy, test the system fully before leaving, and walk you through how to operate your new equipment. Every installation is permitted and inspected to BC code.
