Which areas do you serve?
HeatLand serves Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley — including Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, Coquitlam, North and West Vancouver, New Westminster, Delta, Langley and surrounding communities.
Are you licensed and insured for gas work?
Yes. HeatLand is licensed and insured, our gas fitting is TSBC-certified, and we pull the required permits — so your installation or repair is completed to British Columbia safety code.
Do you help with rebates and financing?
Yes. We identify applicable CleanBC and FortisBC rebate programs for qualifying high-efficiency equipment and handle the paperwork, and financing options are available so you can spread the cost.
What if it is an emergency?
Call (604) 330-3812 — emergency service is available. If you ever smell gas or a carbon monoxide alarm sounds, leave the home first and call your gas utility and a licensed technician from outside.
