The inducer motor is a frequent one. It runs every cycle, it lives in the moist exhaust path, and bearings and housings give up. Pressure switches drift out of calibration or their sensing tubes fill with condensate, producing intermittent no-heat calls that clear themselves before the technician arrives. Past fifteen years: the heat exchanger conversation
