What causes this leak
When boiler pressure rises above 2.5 bar, the PRV opens to relieve it. Repeated PRV discharge causes the valve to wear and drip even at normal pressure. The underlying cause – usually a failed expansion tank or overfill – must be fixed.

We measure system pressure cold and hot, test the expansion tank, inspect the filling loop valve for passing through, and address the root cause. Simply replacing the PRV without fixing the pressure problem means it will fail again.
